## How It Works

2. Pick up in Millcreek, UT (24/7 self-serve, no appointment needed) or get it shipped ($36 each way)
3. Set up in minutes — Wi-Fi network LEOLinx, unlimited data, no Starlink account required
4. Return to the same Millcreek spot any time, 24/7, or ship it back (see rules below)

## Policies

- **Cancellation:** full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the rental starts; 50% refund between 24 and 48 hours before; no refund inside 24 hours.
- **Burning Man:** LEOLinx does not rent for Burning Man. There are no exceptions.
- **Return shipping:** Kits without a large battery can be shipped back with prepaid return shipping. Kits with large batteries must be returned in Salt Lake City. Your prepaid return label is in your kit. If you can't find it, text us and we'll send you a UPS QR code on your return date.
- **Millcreek pickup and return:** 24/7 self-serve at 3631 Christine St, Millcreek, UT 84106.
- **Late returns:** Returns more than 3 hours late carry a $25 late fee per day. If your plans change, text us before your return time and we'll work with you to make it fair. During busy season, on-time returns matter most, because the next renter is counting on that kit.
